Yes, everything is fully editable at any time. You can add, remove, or modify your messages as your life and relationships evolve.

Keepsy uses AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit. Your messages are encrypted and stored securely on AWS infrastructure. We cannot read or access your message contents.

scheduleWhat is the health check system?

It's a simple yearly check-in we send you. Just tap a button to confirm you're well. If you don't respond after 90 days, your messages are automatically released to your recipients.

micWhat types of messages can I create?

You can create text, voice, and video messages depending on your plan. All media is encrypted and stored securely until released.

credit_cardCan I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access to your paid features until the end of your billing period.

deleteWhat happens if I delete my account?

Account deletion is permanent. All your messages, recipients, media files, and account data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Don't overthink it. Start with something simple, and the words will follow. For example:

"Hey. I don't know why I'm writing this, but in case you ever read this message, I always love you and will always love you."

Once you put the first sentence down, your thoughts will naturally flow. Or your message can be something practical and light-hearted, like:

"By the way honey, I have a stash of cash hidden in the bottom cabinet. Sorry, it was for a rainy day."

Write a message for yourself — your reflections, your hopes, the things you want to remember — and assign it to someone you can trust to hold onto it for you.

Life can change at any moment. New people come into our lives all the time, so you can always come back and create new messages when the time feels right.

groupWhat is the difference between a trusted contact and a recipient?

A trusted contact is someone who can pause the release of your messages. We know there may be times when you can't respond to our health check for a few days or weeks — maybe you're traveling, in the hospital, or simply unreachable. Your trusted contact can delay the release to give you more time.

Choose someone who knows your wellbeing and can check up on you regularly.

A recipient, on the other hand, is someone who will actually receive your message when it is released.

sendWhat if I want to release a message right now? Is there a way to trigger the release manually?

If there's a message you want to send right now, you don't need Keepsy for that. Call them. Text them. Meet up with them and tell them exactly how you feel.

Life is too short and precious to not cherish the moments you have with your loved ones. Keepsy is here for the moments when you can't be there yourself.

mailThe free tier only offers 1 message and 1 recipient. How can I leave more messages for more people?

You can write multiple messages inside a single message and assign it to someone who can relay them to the right people. Think of it as writing a letter to your whole family and sending it to one person who can read it out to everyone.

The free tier is free, and it will always be free.
